100% ORGANIC ETHIOPIAN COFFEE: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee Beans, grown under the canopy of large indigenous trees is brought to the market by 1000’s of small farmers.  This has led to the creation of the Fair Trade Label with guaranteed pricing.  This high toned certified organic coffee is prized by baristas and coffee lovers everywhere. These bird friendly coffee beans are described as being alive with shimmering citrus and flower tones, maybe the world’s most distinctive coffee. TROPICAL FRUIT, FLORAL, MEDIUM ROAST: This Coffee display its essential Yirgacheffe Coffee character with its perfumed and pungently menthol-toned aroma, with tropical fruit and floral notes, has a pronounced earthiness, light-bodied but silky in mouth feel. The finish is long and smooth. It is incredibly fragrant. This light to medium roast whole bean is an unblended, garden coffee bean, perfect for a classic cup of coffee. ROASTING THE BEST FOR OVER A DECADE: This Shade Grown Coffee, the highest rated arabica coffee beans in the world, are usually washed.  The fruit or shell is removed within 12 hours of picking.  Washed coffees usually have jasmine or citrus characteristics, and are lighter and drier on the palate.  Sometimes notes of blueberry or strawberry make each farm to table quality coffee cup unique.
