These seeds are brown in color and have a warm, earthy, celery-like flavor and aroma that enhance seafood, salads, dressings and brines. McCormick Celery Seed is hand-selected for distinct celery flavor and mild crunch. Use celery seed to flavor cucumbers during the pickling process as well as in preparing relishes and chutneys.
