Baking surface: 15.35” x 10.82”. COOKIE SHEETS FOR BAKING: Light-colored aluminum sheet pan heats up quickly, browning food evenly without overbaking it. Aluminum pans also cool down quickly, reducing wait time between batches. GALVANIZED STEEL RIM: The raised rim of this brownie pan is reinforced with encapsulated steel wire to add strength and prevent warping. NATURALLY LOW-STICK: Unlike nonstick baking sheets, our roasting pan is BPA, PTFE, and PFOA free. To reduce sticking, line pans with silicone baking mats or parchment paper, or grease pans before cooking. HAND WASH RECOMMENDED: Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients like vinegar and tomatoes, which can cause pitting or corrosion. Use nylon, wood or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the baking sheet set.
