Yuzu Flavor Pearls Made in France, Christine Le Tennier’s Flavor Pearls give you the opportunity to participate in the Molecular Gastronomy revolution with minimal effort. These edible “caviar” spheres are drops of fruity, salty, or spicy juices encapsulated in a delicate alginate shell that bursts in your mouth, releasing unique flavor and texture. Available in a range of sweet and savory varieties, these pearls add originality and fun to dishes, desserts, and cocktails. They are convenient, easy to use, and shelf stable until you are ready to open them. After opening, they may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, giving you maximum flexibility. The 200g jar serves 40 to 50 portions. Expiration and Storage Information: Each jar is labeled with an expiration date printed on the front (EXP MM/DD/YYYY) and a second date on the bottom in European format (DD/MM/YYYY). Both represent the same expiration window. Shelf life is 12 months from the manufacturing date. Store unopened jars below 77°F (25°C) in a cool, dry place.
